Simon Cowell attended the annual Music Industry Awards in aid of charities Nordoff Robbins and Brit Trust at the Grosvenor House Hotel,
Speaking to reporters he broke his silence and addressed the allegations of rape and sexual harassment against some of the entertainment industry's biggest names - including disgraced movie producer Harvey Weinstein, making some shocking revelations of his own.
"Look, I have grown up in the music business," Simon said, adding "Even as a kid I was put in situations when I was first working you know, it's not a very nice business."
Simon hopes that the more people speak out the more chance of leading to change in the industry." Well, I do (think there will be change) actually to be honest with you," he said, according to The Sun ."People get what they deserve. That's all I'm going to say."
A source revealed he felt well enough to get back to business, : "He’s feeling much better now.
“He didn’t want to race back and hinder his recovery – especially given doctor’s orders.
